Hero developement.

How does hero developement work in spellforce 2? Ive never actually attempted to develope heroes independantly untill now. Read the tooltip about them selecting their skills occasionally, but they seem to do it all the time?

When can I change aspects of their skill sets, and customise it? :-) I was planning to gie Lya the ability to fight melee, but that probably wont happen.
I take it im restricted to where to branch her in magic, occasionally?

Any advice would be handy!
Cheers!

The heroes in the SF2 campaign have their predetermination, so you can't skill them like you want. There are just a few skill points available for you to spend to them, but only if you deactivate (uncheck) the auto-skill button in the skillmenu for each hero.
